Bardo Practices

After death, the individual passes through the Bardo, or intermediate state.  In Tibetan Buddhism, it is customary to do certain practices for the deceased person for 49 days.

Upon request, Lhoppon Rechung can arrange for traditional ceremonies to be performed for the dying/deceased individual.  The ceremonies and prayers would take place at a monastery in India, by either nuns or monks (according to your preference).

We are offering this due to repeated requests we have received from the community.  If you are interested in sponsoring traditional bardo ceremonies for a loved one who is passing, please contact us so we can discuss options and details.

Tibetan Astrology

Upon request, we can make arrangements for astrology reports to be drafted according to the Tibetan system.  We will have a Lama from a monastery in India figure the reports, and Lhoppon Rechung will translate them if needed.

Tibetan astrology can be used to figure special days of auspiciousness, as well as cycles.  Please contact us if you have questions or if you would like to have your chart done.
